Bdt 1100 Terms & Conditions — Rules and Terms of Use

To open an account on the bdt 1100 platform, users must be legal residents of Bangladesh and at least 18 years of age. Each user may create only one account, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. bdt 1100 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account found to have provided false information. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials secure.

• Minimum age for registration: 18 years
• A maximum of one account per person is allowed
• Providing valid national ID or passport information is mandatory
• Accounts cannot be transferred to third parties

Users must comply with all applicable Bangladeshi laws and regulations while using the bdt 1100 platform. Any form of fraud, hacking, use of bots, or other dishonest methods on the platform is strictly prohibited. Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users is strictly forbidden. Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability or flaw in the platform will result in immediate account termination. We reserve the right to modify the terms of service at any time, and continued use of the platform after such changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

• Use of automated software or bots is prohibited
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account is prohibited
• Platform content may not be copied or redistributed
• Accounts may be verified if suspicious activity is detected

All financial transactions on the bdt 1100 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Users must use a verified payment method for deposits and withdrawals. Withdrawal requests generally take 1–3 business days to process. To prevent money laundering or illegal financial activity, we may request additional verification documents when necessary. We reserve the right to temporarily hold funds associated with any transaction found to contain irregularities.

• Suspicious transactions may be reported to the authorities

The bdt 1100 platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we make no guarantee of uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses caused by technical issues, server downtime, or third-party service failures. Any financial losses resulting from a user's own decisions are entirely the user's own responsibility. We will not be held liable for any session interrupted due to loss of internet connection or device issues. Our total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the amount of the user's most recent deposit.

In the event of a terms violation, bdt 1100 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. If fraud, operation of multiple accounts, or illegal activity is proven, the associated funds may be confiscated. Users may also request to close their own account at any time. An opportunity to complete any pending withdrawals will be provided before account closure, though this may not apply in cases under investigation. An inactivity fee may apply to accounts that have been dormant for an extended period.

Any dispute between bdt 1100 and a user will first be addressed through negotiation. Users with a complaint may contact our support team directly. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter will be settled in accordance with the applicable laws and judicial system of Bangladesh. These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Bangladesh. By accepting these terms, the user acknowledges the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
